Week 11:  Paradigm’s 100 Days of Healthy Eating

For some in the office, Week 11’s challenge in Paradigm Court Reporting’s 100 Days of Healthy Eating proved particularly difficult.  For others, it was a piece of cake.  The theme of this week was to only consume “real” beverages.  For purposes of this challenge, a real beverage was limited to water, tea, milk, one cup of juice and red wine in moderation.  For the soda drinkers (or as we Minnesotans call it, “pop” drinkers), this was a real doozy.  Especially since the coffee and tea drinkers could get their caffeine fixes.  Additionally, for those of us who enjoy a cocktail every now and again, we were limited in our choices as well.  But it does make you wonder, shouldn’t all the beverages we drink be considered “real?”  Unfortunately, it’s more difficult than one may think…
