Director of Reporter Relations and Technologies to Teach Realtime Reporting Technology at Anoka Tech

15171278_729199903914526_577171356663711138_nMinneapolis, MN:  Paradigm’s Director of Reporter Relations and Technologies Merilee Johnson, RMR, CRR, CBC, CCP, RSA, has been retained by Anoka Technical College to teach Realtime Reporting Technology for their Judicial Reporting Program, beginning January of 2017.

This appointment adds to Merilee’s involvement in the local and national court reporting community.  In additional to reporting and captioning full-time for Paradigm and serving as its Director of Reporter Relations and Technologies, Merilee is a Certified Independent Stenograph Training Agent; she serves on the STAR (Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporting) Technology Liaison Committee, she co-chairs a national technology committee for NCRA, and also she serves on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Association of Verbatim Reporters & Captioners.  In her 18-year reporting career, Merilee has served as an official reporter for the State of Minnesota, a freelance reporter, realtime writer and a CART captioner.
