Paradigm Sports Captioning was pleased to be named the official captioners of the Minnesota United FC.   Captions will be displayed on the bottom of the Daktronics scoreboard located at the west end of the field.

Stadium captioning ensures the full game-day experience for deaf & hard-of-hearing fans as well as all soccer enthusiasts watching the game at TCF by live-streaming all safety announcements, calls on the field, and other official  communications from the public address system for instant viewing on the TCF scoreboard.

Minnesota United FC is one of two expansion teams to become part of Major League Soccer this year.  They played their inaugural season home opener in Minneapolis on Sunday, March 12, 2017, in front of over 35,000 happy, hearty fans who braved 19-degree air temps and falling snow to welcome the Loons to the MLS and witness history in the making… including the coldest match in Major League Soccer history, and the first to require the use of an orange soccer ball.   The match has since been dubbed the “Snow Opener” on social media.

Hats off to Minnesota United FC for demonstrating their strong commitment to the enjoyment of Minnesota deaf and hard-of-hearing soccer fans by providing captioning at all of their home games!
