Paradigm also partners with area law schools and law firms in providing gratis court reporting services to help offset the cost of litigation for indigent clients, to assist in training new attorneys and law students, and to be available to the Minnesota State Bar Association for special projects where volunteer court reporters are needed. Over the years, Paradigm has donated CART and Captioning services to the following organizations:
- Minnesota Association of Self-Help for Hard-of-Hearing (SHHH) – now known as Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA)

Paradigm is a member of the National Court Reporters Foundation (NCRF) and actively supports court reporting students and area court reporting programs by providing scholarships, mentoring and counsel through the following court reporting institutions:
