Founded on January 1, 1998 in a merger of three leading Minnesota court reporting firms, Paradigm emerged overnight as the state’s largest agency, with laser focus on litigation technologies and rock-star customer service.

Since 1998, Paradigm has maintained its position as the market leader in talent and technology and values its local and national reputation for ethics and excellence.

Firmly built upon the belief that “if you build it, they will come… and they will stay,” Paradigm’s culture has attracted and retained the most highly certified (for speed, accuracy and knowledge) court reporters and CART captioners in the State of Minnesota.  Paradigm’s core value of recognizing and honoring expertise and experience has led to the formation of one of the nation’s top reporting & captioning teams.  “Team Paradigm” is supported by a stellar administrative staff that averages over 10 years of industry experience, many of whom have been trained in providing legendary customer service by the Ritz Carlton.
