Week 14:  Paradigm’s 100 Days of Healthy Eating

Paradigm Court Reporting’s 100 Days of Healthy Eating Challenge has come to an end.  After 14 weeks, we have all gained a greater understanding of the various food choices that are available to us.  For our final week, the challenge was to only consume foods with 5 ingredients or less.  It is quite shocking to discover how many ingredients, many of which are unrecognizable, are in our food.  The five-ingredients-or-less test is hard to pass for many foods.  Even organic products can have many ingredients, and can be highly-processed.

Moving forward from these 100 days, Paradigm participants hope to take some of these lessons with us and have a better awareness of what is in our food.  Whole foods like fruits, vegetables, quinoa, and beans are your best bet when it comes to knowing what you’re eating.  One ingredient is ideal!
