Paradigm Welcomes Merilee Johnson as Director of Reporter Relations and Technologies


Merilee HeadshotParadigm Reporting & Captioning is pleased to announce that Merilee Johnson, RMR, CRR, CBC, CCP, RSA, has been hired as its Director of Reporter Relations and Technologies. Merilee, a nationally recognized emerging leader and 17-year veteran of the court reporting and CART professions, succeeds Mary P. Mitchell, RDR, CRR, CCP, AE, DSA-MN, effective January 1, 2016.  She has been court reporting and providing CART services with Paradigm since 2012.

Merilee Johnson has earned the advanced certifications of Registered Professional Reporter, Registered Merit Reporter, Certified Realtime Reporter, Certified Broadcast Reporter, Certified CART Provider, and Realtime Systems Administrator as granted by the National Court Reporters Association. As well, Merilee Co-Chairs NCRA’s TRAIN subcommittee, is a Certified Independent Training Agent (CITA) for Stenograph Corporation, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Association of Verbatim Reporters & Captioners.
