Week 13:  Paradigm’s 100 Days of Healthy Eating

It’s Christmas week, folks, and we are nearing the end of Paradigm Court Reporting’s 100 Days of Healthy Eating Challenge.  We are tasked with avoiding artificial ingredients this week.  This includes, but is not limited to artificial sweeteners, flavors, and colors.  Indeed this could be a test of will power…  I don’t believe the red in candy canes is naturally occurring.  One thing is for sure, for the participants in this challenge, we will be taking a closer look at what we are putting on our plates and in our stomachs.  After 90 days of educating ourselves on real food, and what processed foods do to our bodies, it becomes easier to spot the right choices.  There is definitely a correlation between food and mood and  food and health.
