Week 5: Paradigm’s 100 Days of Healthy Eating


This week, Paradigm Court Reporting‘s 100 Days of Healthy Eating initiative challenged us to explore two new whole foods that we’ve never tried before.  A whole food is defined as a food that has one ingredient and that is not refined or processed.  Fruits, vegetables, brown rice, quinoa and lentils are all examples of whole foods.  We’ve all heard that variety is the spice of life, but that’s not the only thing variety has going for it.  A diverse selection of whole foods help us to nourish our bodies with many different vitamins and minerals.  As the weather turns cold in Minnesota, the convenience of processed food is always a temptation.  Keep the food whole and Staying Fabulous is what we strive to do.
